Return, Exchange, Replacement & Refund Policy
At Tripr, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer returns, exchanges, or replacements for international orders, we do provide refunds under specific conditions.
Please review the guidelines below carefully before raising a refund request.
Refund Eligibility
A refund request will be considered only if the following criteria are met:
1. Damaged or Defective Product: If the item received is damaged during transit or has manufacturing defects.
2. Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what was ordered.
3. Missing Items: If your order is incomplete or a product is missing from the package.
Mandatory Requirements for Refund Processing
To initiate a refund request, customers must provide the following evidence:
1. Unboxing Video: A clear, uncut video of the package being unboxed, showing the item in its original packaging.
2. Photographic Proof: Clear images of the received item, along with the outer packaging, shipping label, and courier details.
3. Timely Submission: The refund request along with the required proof must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Request Process
1. Email us at queries@triprindia.com with the subject line “Refund Request - [Order ID]”.
2. Attach the required unboxing video and images as per the above guidelines.
3. Our team will review the request and respond within 3-5 business days.
4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
• All international orders are shipped via express freight mode to ensure faster
delivery.
• Estimated delivery time varies based on the destination pincode. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
Important Notes
• Refunds will not be processed if the required evidence (video & images) is not provided.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Once a refund is approved, there is no option for product replacement or exchange.

Order Processing
Once you place an order, our team begins processing it immediately. We ensure that all
details are accurate and verify the availability of items. Our goal is to mark your order as
fulfilled within 24 hours. Once fulfilled, the order will move to the dispatch stage, and
you’ll be notified with the tracking details.
Order Modification
We understand that you may need to modify your order, whether it’s changing your shipping address, adjusting the quantity, or swapping an item. Order modifications can only be made before the order is marked as fulfilled—within the first 24 hours from placing your order. After the order is marked as fulfilled, no further modifications can be made.
Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you wish to make any changes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before fulfillment.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so before it is marked as fulfilled, which is typically within 24 hours from the time of your order. Once an order is fulfilled, it moves to the dispatch stage and cannot be cancelled.
After fulfillment, which occurs within 24 hours, your order will be dispatched within 2-3
business days. If you need assistance, our customer support team is here to help, and we recommend acting quickly if you wish to cancel your order before fulfillment.
